VCW VicMan s Photo Editor is a smart image editor with an intuitiveinterface and a wide variety of features. With this free easy-to-useimage editor, you can turn snapshots into works of art, as well as drawyour own images using its built-in image enhancement functions.
Select a pencil, brush, or eraser and set its size, shape, and transparency.
Other features allow you to select colors with an eyedropper , paint colors in a gradient, and add plain or antialiased textto any picture. The program supports more than 20 image formats.
The distortion tools offer more than a dozen variations of twirls,waves, rotations, mirrors, and ovals, and even a fish eye effect. Usethe trilinear filters to blur your image, create 3D extensions, andsharpen the image.
Supports Adobe Photoshop compatible filters and includes a lot ofpreinstalled plug-ins. Installation contains animated tutorials
