TVTool was developed to replace the poor support video card manufacturers had for TV-OUT

TVTool transforms your PC into a multimedia central. It was developedto replace the poor support video card manufacturers had for TV_OUT.

The main feature of the application is the the control center for theTV output of nVidia graphics cards, which exceeds the possibilitiesoffered by the driver in many ways.

By programming the TV chips directly many parameters can be adjusted which are not accessible normally at all. This includes fullscreen image size on TV without black borders for example,or movie playback at natural DVD resolutions with highest picturequality.

Around this core functionality TVTool contains a set of additionalfeatures. This includes soundcard control, one-click TV playback ofmedia files, a zoom window improving readability, several hotkeys, aresize feature to make the picture fit TV screen perfectly and a lotmore comfortable functions.

Additionally, TVTool has an integrated infrared remote controlsoftware. In conjunction with the TVTool Sconi, an infrared receiverfor the USB bus, it is possible to remote control your PC with anyinfrared remote control just like you are used from other homeentertainment devices like your CD player for example.
