Microsoft Windows (tested on 98SE, Me and XP but should run fine on 95/98 and 2000 also)

Windows Media Player or Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 Decode (L3CODECX.AX)

At least one sound card. Two sound cards supported for monitor speakers output.

For ogg Vorbis support, you need the DirectShow Filters by Tobias here.
If you have an old version of Xing Player and have problem runningTPlayer because of ASMAUDDECFF.DLL and XMP3DEC.DLL errors, just renamethose two files and things should be ok.
