In some cases it can occur that you have to uninstall Nero or Nerorelated software (i.e. InCD...). Please use the CleanTool to do thatand afterwards download and install the latest version of Nero softwareyou were using.

The GeneralCleanTool recognizes if a program is still running and requests a shut down and itcan remove files after a reboot in case they are still in use. Also allthe Plugins are removed with this tool. Please make sure you have savedthese files so you can re-install them afterwards.

The Driver-CleanTool will deactivate drivers that caused problems inNero in the past. In order to ensure that these drivers are alsodeactivated you will need to run the RegistryChecker file.InCD-CleanTool will remove all InCD files and entries completely fromyour system.

InCD can do a clean install now, without the risk of conflicts withprevious versions, for example. NeroClean Tool for Nero 5 &. 6version it will clean the registry and remove all Nero entries.
