Process files in hotfolders automatically

The File Daemon observes an unlimeted number of folders for new files. If a new file was found the File Daemon will run a batch script or program to handle this new file. Features: * Files can be searched by Age, Attribues or Access mode. * By checking on exclusive access the file daemon avoids corrupting files or interrupting other applications. * Unlimited number of hot folders * Multi threaded (it''s possible to handle more than one file per hot folder at one moment.) * Deadlock save (If a script is hung the File Daemon will terminate it if he is set up to do so.)
